One of our customer care representative will contact you and try to solve the issue you are facing with your order.

PAYMENT & PRICE
You understand that the contract is a bipartite contract between you and Us using the Payment Facility, and You shall pay the Transaction Price through Your Issuing Bank to the Us using Payment Facility.
CASH ON DELIVERY
. We will have the liberty to set a minimum order value for payment to be made via Cash on Delivery
. Payment to the courier staff should be done in cash. The invoice amount will be inclusive of all charges.
In case of a refund due to an erroneous transaction or inability to deliver on the part of Rasoikakhana, the payment received will be refunded via cash or direct credit.
All refunds, if required to be done, will be processed within 7 working days of receipt by Rasoikakhana.com
Orders placed can be cancelled within an hour before the arrival of the train in the station, on the Website by logging into your account or calling US at the provided number. Cancellations made beyond the deadline will be made on a best effort basis.

Delivery period specified at the time of order may vary. Rasoikakhana will make all possible effort to ensure the delivery is made within decided timelines. However, any delays due to unavoidable situations will not be the responsibility of Rasoikakhana . The goods will be delivered to the address given at the time of giving the order.
